Dear Joshua Tree Clients
We would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone who has visited us over the past 5 weeks. Thank you so much for your patience and for supporting our new ways of working. Thank you also for the kind emails, reviews and cards we have received since reopening, they mean a lot to all of us. We have loved being able to make you look and feel good again, while keeping you and our wonderful team safe.
We respect and expect that clients may still feel nervous about visiting the salon, so it is really important to us that you feel safe in our world:
- We continue to allow additional time for each appointment so we keep numbers in the salon, at any one time, to a minimum.
- Our team continues to wear PPE and practice high levels of hygiene to minimise the risk of infection.
- We are keeping noise levels down to create a relaxing and calming atmosphere.
We are delighted that Danielle and the rest of the spa team are able to offer a limited number of spa treatments and we are hopeful that by mid-August, we will have all treatments available for you to enjoy.
