Sharing a Special Client Experience

We’re always grateful when clients take the time to share their experiences with us, and this lovely feedback following a massage appointment truly made our day.

After her treatment with our therapist Holly, the client kindly asked for her comments to be shared with management and with Holly herself:

“I had a massage/head massage at 9am this morning, my husband booked it on my behalf. I just wanted to share how wonderful your technician was. She gauged how conversational I wanted to be at the beginning and then after a back massage I zoned out and she paced the shoulder and head massage. She created a wonderful quiet energy then and has really helped with my tension and sinus concern. I’d like it shared with management and herself and I’d recommend her to others.
